Meet Root

Root Holden (they/he) is a queer, disabled eco-spiritual care provider and interreligious celebrant based in Duluth, MN. To support their clients, Root provides one-on-one and group spiritual direction sessions, divination, ritual creation and facilitation, and classes on spiritual care.

Root supports clients, their families, and their systems of support through all life transitions, including the process of death and dying. They will be hosting death salons to answer questions about the process of funeral planning, working on paperwork with clients, working with clients and their support systems in discernment around the many decisions that come with the death and dying, and joining clients and their families in hospice and at home.
